What the service is
Tavroo is an online platform for managing work: organisations, workspaces, projects and tasks, with comments, chat, files, time tracking, goals, reports and notifications. The service is aimed at teams and organisations, and an account is used in a work context.
Your account and your responsibility for it
- You give accurate details when registering, and keep your email address current, because account messages are sent to it.
- Your password is your responsibility. Do not share it, and tell us at once if you think someone has reached your account.
- An account is for one person. Do not create an account in someone else’s name, and do not let anyone else use yours.
- If you joined an organisation by invitation, its owner and administrators control your permissions inside it and can remove you from it.
- Use of the service is not permitted for anyone under sixteen.
Acceptable use
When using Tavroo, do not:
- break applicable law, or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that incites harm.
- upload what you have no right to upload, or infringe anyone’s property or privacy rights.
- try to reach another organisation’s or user’s data, or probe the platform for weaknesses or bypass its permission checks without our written permission.
- load the service with automated requests or excessive traffic that harms other users.
- use the notification channels to send unwanted messages to numbers or addresses whose consent you do not have.
Who owns the content
What you and your organisation put into Tavroo stays yours. We claim no ownership of your tasks, comments, files or organisation data, we do not use them to train models, we do not sell them, and we do not show them to anyone outside what the privacy policy describes.
You grant us a limited permission to store, transmit and display your content, to the extent needed to run the service for you and no further. That permission ends when the content is removed or the account is closed. If an older manual copy was taken before a maintenance operation, the content may remain in it until that copy is removed.
In return, the platform itself — the name, the logo, the design and the code — belongs to Shaghaf Technology, and using the service transfers no right in it to you.
Availability and support
We provide the service as it is and as available. There is no service level agreement today, no contracted uptime percentage and no compensation for an outage. The service may stop for maintenance, for a fault, or for a circumstance beyond our control.
Support is through the in-app support tickets or by email at info@tavroo.com. We answer as fast as we can, with no commitment to a fixed response time. We advise you to keep a copy of your important data outside Tavroo.
We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw a feature you materially rely on, we will tell you beforehand.
Subscription and invoices
This is what is true today: subscription enforcement is switched off in Tavroo, plan limits are not applied automatically to your account, and no payment is collected inside the platform. Tavroo has no payment gateway.
If we agree a paid subscription with you, the written agreement between us governs the price, the term and how payment is made, and the tax invoice is issued from inside Tavroo using the invoicing details your organisation entered. If in-platform collection is switched on later, we will tell you before it takes effect and update this page.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tavroo at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by email at info@tavroo.com. What happens on deletion is described in detail in the privacy policy; in short, your identity is removed and your work stays with your organisation, attributed to "Deleted user".
And we may suspend or terminate an account or an organisation if you materially breach these terms, if the use harms other users or the service itself, or if a law requires it. We tell you the reason where that is possible.
Limits of liability
The service is provided without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, of being free of errors, or of being uninterrupted.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for lost profit, opportunity or reputation, or for the loss of data you held a copy of outside Tavroo. In every case our total liability does not exceed what you actually paid us for the service in the twelve months before the incident; and if you paid nothing, our liability does not go beyond fixing the fault.
This clause does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or inside the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
